At the 42nd Hungarian Press Photo Awards, I received third place in two categories.
My series Skiing in Their Blood, awarded in the Sport (series) category, follows a cross-country skiing couple and their young trainees in a remote Armenian village. Despite poverty, isolation, and geopolitical instability, the community keeps moving forward—on skis.
Challenging Road to Motherhood, awarded in the Contemporary Issues (series) category, documents the emotional and often painful journey of a couple longing for a child. Through quiet moments and intimate scenes, the series explores the vulnerability, strength, and difficult decisions faced along the way.
